Held on March 20th, this exclusive in-person breakfast brought together mentees from all cohorts of Winpe’s mentorship program. It was a warm and engaging gathering that offered a valuable opportunity to reconnect, share personal journeys, exchange learnings, and build deeper bonds over breakfast. Mentees spoke about how many of their relationships with mentors flourished and continued well beyond the program term, and shared inspiring stories of how the program had supported their career progression.

The Winpe ProClub Mentorship Program celebrated a major milestone with the graduation ceremony of Cohort 4, which also marked the launch of Cohort 5, on January 15th at Maker Maxity, Mumbai. It also served as an alumni meet, bringing together mentees, mentors, and distinguished guests to celebrate accomplishments, build connections, and inspire future growth.

The event was a wonderful celebration of our unique mentorship program with mentees coming out with deep appreciation for the program and the solid impact created by their mentors in shaping their future as successful professionals. The mentors lauded the program and acknowledged its power in spurring growth for women. They also noted, in their humility as true leaders, the value that the engagement brought to them as mentors.

The evening featured an enriching panel discussion on "The Evolving Leadership Agenda: Staying Relevant in the Dynamic World" which offered a compelling exploration of the challenges and opportunities shaping modern leadership. Our mentors shared their insights on how leaders can adapt their styles to meet the demands of a fast-changing work culture, emphasizing the importance of agility, emotional intelligence, and fostering inclusivity to remain effective. The conversation also delved into leveraging emerging technologies like AI and automation to drive innovation and enhance decision-making.

The mentees of Cohort 4 received momentoes, as a token commemorating their successful journey through the program. And the introduction of Cohort 5 set an enthusiastic tone for the year ahead. The evening concluded with informal networking, where alumni and mentors to connected, shared experiences, and relived memories.

The atmosphere at the ceremony was filled with gratitude and appreciation, with mentees expressing deep appreciation for the mentorship, heartfelt thanks to the mentors and Winpe for the opportunities provided and their support and guidance. The mentors reaffirmed their commitment of giving back and nurturing the next generation of leaders despite their demanding schedules. The Winpe ProClub Mentorship Program remains a beacon of support and empowerment for women in the investing ecosystem, and this event truly underscored its meaningful impact.

The ProClub Event held on November 28th, 2023, at St. Regis, Mumbai, marked another significant milestone for the ProClub Mentorship program. The evening witnessed the graduation of Cohort III and onboarding of cohort IV. This in-person gathering brought together advisors, mentors, and mentees from all four cohorts, fostering valuable connections and celebrating the spirit of mentorship.

The event served as a platform for sharing experiences, exchanging ideas, and building a strong sense of community within the ProClub Mentorship program. In collaboration with Russell Reynolds Associates, the event hosted two insightful panel discussions during the event.
